The Government of Meghalaya recently launched a digital lottery system called ‘Easy Lottery,’ a fully digital platform replacing the traditional lottery system. This initiative promotes transparency and efficiency.
Conrad Sangma on ‘Easy Lottery’
The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma, responded to a video post by @desimojito on X (formerly Twitter), which praised the Meghalaya government for being the first state to introduce a digital lottery system. @desimojito wrote, “No more scams in the lottery scene! Thanks to PM Modi’s push for digitalization, and kudos to the Meghalaya government and @SangmaConrad for introducing India’s first online digital lottery!”
Conrad Sangma in response stated, “With ‘Easy Lottery’, Meghalaya Government’s innovative online lottery platform, the conventional lottery system undergoes a transformative shift towards digitization and transparency.”
