If you are of Google One subscription that offers additional cloud storage space with some bonus features. Now, Google seems to be testing a new, more affordable option called Google One Lite. However, this plan is currently only appearing for a select group of users.
Lite vs. Basic: Storage and Price Breakdown
Compared to the existing Google One Basic plan, which offers 100GB of storage and family-sharing capabilities, the Lite plan provides 30GB of storage for Photos, Drive, and Gmail for Rs 59 per month. Additionally, Google appears to be offering a one-month free trial for the Lite plan.
This new plan seems aimed at users who have exhausted the free 15GB storage offered by Google and don’t frequently upload photos or documents. It caters to those who simply need a bit more space without the additional perks of the Basic plan.

Conclusion
As of now, the Google One Lite plan is only visible to a select few users. Other users will see only the Basic plan (100GB) being available when they attempt to subscribe.
Whether and when Google plans to make the Lite plan available to everyone remains unclear. It might take some time before it becomes accessible on your account.
