This company started rolling out more artificial intelligence (AI) features that assist job seekers and personalized learning on the platform. These AI features aim to make users job seekers more efficient by using assistance like Coach which can hunt the right job for users from a text prompt, a tool to review resume applications, and a chatbot that can interactively assist in creating cover letters.

LinkedIn announced these features in a blog post on their newsroom page on Tuesday, Jobseeker Coach, is an AI-powered integrated chatbot, feature that allows users who search for jobs just by using simple text prompts to match their query, for example using text prompts like “Find me a job in cybersecurity within my network” this ai powered chatbot will search the matching job on their databases for this users for helpful job suggestions.

This other tool is an AI tool that can review users’ applications and resumes and help them stand out. The AI will give feedback and give suggestions that can be improved for specific job roles. This tool can also assist in improving cover letters by offering recommendations that can be edited and reviewed.

Expert advice is a new tool added to LinkedIn for premium users that can personalized advice from business leaders and coaches. This is an AI bot, trained by real experts, as claimed by the company. These tools help professionals get advice using chatbots.
