Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery timelines begin once your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, FedEx).
- Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (post-dispatch).
- Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Currently, we do not accept COD orders
Order Tracking
- A tracking number and link will be emailed/SMS-ed once your order is dispatched.
- Use this to monitor your shipment’s status on the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Issues
- Failed Delivery:
- Two delivery attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and a refund will be processed (minus shipping fees).
- Incorrect Address:
- Ensure accuracy at checkout. Additional charges apply for re-shipping due to incorrect addresses.
- Lost/Damaged Packages:
