Airtel announced the shutdown of its music streaming platform and plans to merge it with Apple Music in India a few months ago. Airtel promised to offer eligible customers Apple Music subscriptions for free. In this article, we will explain how to get this offer from Airtel.

Airtel said that it will provide a free 6-month Apple Music subscription to eligible customers. So if the customer has already claimed an Apple Music subscription, for example, 3 months, they will get an additional 3 months as it will be deducted from the 6-month total.

How to claim the offers?

Eligible customers can claim this offer from the Airtel Thanks app by clicking on the Apple Music banner available for both Android and iOS devices, as well as for both prepaid and postpaid customers. For postpaid customers, they must give consent for Apple Music to “Add to Bill” at Rs 99 after the end of the free period.

Airtel has clearly stated that it is not responsible for the quality of the streaming on Apple Music under this subscription. Notably, Apple Music costs Rs 99 per month in India and has over 93 million worldwide paid subscribers.
