The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 is expected to launch next year as the successor to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6. According to the supply chain analyst, Samsung is rumored to introduce a new clamshell-style foldable smartphone model, the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. This affordable flip phone is expected to complement Samsung’s flagship foldable lineup.
Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE launch in 2025
In an X (formerly Twitter) post, Ross Young, an analyst and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), suggested that Samsung’s upcoming affordable flip phone might be named the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE. It is expected to launch in 2025 alongside the next-generation Galaxy foldable devices.
Ross Young further mentioned in a comment within the post that the Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE might feature the same display as the flagship model but could differ in terms of its camera system and processor.

Although the handset’s specs have yet to be revealed, some reports suggest it might be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.
