Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco is expected to launch the Poco X7 Pro in India next month. The device is reportedly set to debut as a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro+. The Poco X7 Pro is also rumored to come with the new HyperOS 2.0 out of the box, recently unveiled in China along with the Xiaomi 15 series.
It is expected to be the first handset to feature this new HyperOS 2.0 in India, although the company has not yet outlined a rollout plan for the new OS in the country.
Poco X7 Pro ships with HyperOS 2.0
According to a report on Smartprix, citing unnamed sources, the Poco X7 Pro will be the first handset in India to ship with HyperOS 2.0, based on Android 15. The Poco X7 Pro is expected to launch in India next month and is said to feature major upgrades from its predecessor, the Poco X6 Pro.

While the Xiaomi 15 series is the first handset lineup to launch with HyperOS 2.0 in China, it is expected to debut in India only next year. This would make the Poco X7 Pro the first device to introduce HyperOS 2.0 in the Indian market, surpassing the Xiaomi 15 series in this regard.
