However, Huawei has struggled to keep up with the high interest, and some customers have been unable to purchase the device immediately. Those who pre-ordered the Mate XT, however, have received their units as promised.

Now, reports on GSMarena suggest that Huawei is considering expanding the availability of the Mate XT to select global markets. While the exact countries and timelines remain uncertain. As per the report, the company confirmed that its foldable will be launched globally in Q1 2025.

However, it remains uncertain how the company will achieve this, as it struggles to meet customer demand in China, especially with Q1 2025 approaching.
