Itel unveiled the Itel S25 and Itel S25 Ultra in the Philippines on Friday. The new Itel S25 and Itel S25 Ultra bear a design similar to Samsung’s upcoming flagship Galaxy S25 series, which is expected to launch in early 2025. Itel launched these devices ahead of Samsung, offering a mid-range smartphone lineup with Unisoc processors, 6.78-inch AMOLED screens, and an under-display fingerprint scanner.
Itel S25 and Itel S25 Ultra Pricing and Availability
The Itel S25 is priced at PHP 5,799 (roughly Rs. 8,400) for the base model, which includes 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while the Itel S25 Ultra starts at PHP 10,999 (around Rs. 15,900).
Customers in the Philippines can pre-order the Itel S25 through Shopee, and the Itel S25 Ultra will be available for pre-orders starting Sunday. The standard Itel S25 comes in Bromo Black, Mambo Mint, and Sahara Gleam color options, while the Itel S25 Ultra is available in Bromo Black, Komodo Ocean, and Meteor Titanium.
Itel S25 and Itel S25 Ultra Specifications
The Itel S25 and S25 Ultra are dual SIM smartphones running Android 14. The S25 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Ultra variant features a curved AMOLED screen with the same size and refresh rate, along with Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The chipset for the S25 is yet to be confirmed, but the S25 Ultra is powered by a Unisoc T620 processor, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 512GB UFS 2.2 storage.
Both models include a 50MP primary rear camera and a 32MP front camera. They offer 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C connectivity, with the Ultra model also featuring an infrared transmitter for controlling appliances.

Both devices have a 5,000mAh battery, though fast charging support is not specified. For durability, the S25 has an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, while the S25 Ultra has an IP64 rating. Both models also include an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric security.
