Nothing OS 3.0 software for Nothing Phone based on Android 15 reportedly got leaked. The leak included the redesigned Control Centre and New Animations, a new clock face design, and an updated setup wizard. This is expected to be a significant upgrade over the current Nothing OS 2.5 firmware.
Nothing OS 3.0 Update Feature Leak
Nothing OS 3.0 update pre-release version spot by the folks at SmartPrix for the Nothing Phone 2a. The feature spots such as a new boot animation which brings a dot matrix font to the Nothing logo, a new animation while unlocking the smartphone with fingerprint authentication.
The control center also gets the new redesign. Upon the initial swipe, users will likely encounter toggles for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Continuing to swipe downward may reveal the Mute toggle, offering three distinct options: Mute, Vibrate, and Sound. Alternatively, users can swipe left to access additional toggles, which can be personalized by tapping the pencil icon.
Another feature includes a new lock screen clock and it might have more customization options for the lock screen. Now, users have the option to change the screen to the original Nothing layout. if they don’t like the screen.

Additionally, new features like a new “Inter” font, while there may also be a new font for app titles, replacing the Dot Matrix font. Nothing is also said to have added a Charging Assistant which may inform the user if the charging process isn’t optimised. Users may also be able to make additional changes related to their handset’s battery health, with the new smart and custom charging modes.
