Netflix rolled out moment features that let users save, relive, and share clips of their favorite shows. It appears as a new button on the bottom of the screen alongside the playback controls.
Netflix Moments features
Netflix has introduced a new feature called “Moments” that allows users to easily clip and share their favorite scenes from shows and movies. Currently available on iOS devices, the feature will be rolled out to Android users in the coming weeks.

To use Moments, simply tap the dedicated button next to the playback controls. This will allow you to select and save a specific clip. The saved moments can then be accessed in the “My Netflix” tab.
